In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we give customers 30 days in which orders can be returned after the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you need to return/exchange the product(s) you purchased you will be personally responsible for the return delivery including any costs. We do recommend that you pay for a signed delivery for your protection.
If you would like to return or exchange your products please just send us a message and we will explain what you need to do. Any returned product(s) must be unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging if present when the item was purchased.
As our refurbished batteries are made to order these cannot unfortunately be returned for a full refund, we may however accept the return for a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
AMS Services reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to us.
The product must be packed back up securely in its box as it was delivered including any polystyrene, bags or bubble wrap etc. Please make sure all loose items such as footrests, bags, and fittings are included and packed sufficiently to protect them against damage in transit.
****Please note, all of our parts / equipment are clearly marked with a security label to maintain our high standards, items that are missing this security label or the label has been tampered with will not be accepted as a return.
